DMCA & Takedown
How rights holders, and people shown in a video, can ask Outstanding Tiny Desk AI to remove material, and how users can respond.
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Outstanding Tiny Desk AI is an independent fan tool for parody videos. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to NPR, NPR Music's Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or any team, school or league. "Tiny Desk" is a trademark of NPR, and all names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We respect the rights of artists, creators and the people in our users' photos.
Who can ask for removal
- Rights holders, or someone authorized to act for them, including NPR, the artists and their labels and publishers, and the creators of clips shown on this site. You can ask us to remove anything on the site, including material on our pages and videos made with our tool.
- People shown in a video. If a video shows you and you didn't want it made, you can ask us to remove it, whether or not you're a public figure.
How to send a takedown notice
Email your notice to support@outstandingtinydeskai.video with the subject "Takedown request," and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work, or the other right, you believe is being infringed.
- The URL or a clear description of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
If your request is about something other than copyright, such as your likeness, your privacy or a trademark, send it the same way and explain the issue. We handle those requests too.
What happens next
We review every notice promptly. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may let the user who made it know. We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you had the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice the same way. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
Please be accurate
Knowingly making false claims in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.
