Privacy Policy
What Outstanding Tiny Desk AI collects, how your photos and videos are used, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Introduction
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Outstanding Tiny Desk AI: the Tiny Desk AI video generator, your account, payments and support. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and the sign-in method you use. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email address; we never receive your Google password.
- Photos you choose. When you pick a photo for the lead singer or the sax seat, it is prepared in your browser first. It is only uploaded when you press the button to make a video.
- Videos and task records. The videos you make, their settings and their status, so you can play and download them from My videos.
- Payment information. Purchases are handled by our payment processor (such as Stripe). We receive the order details and status, not your full card number.
- Usage and device data. Basic logs such as pages visited, browser type and error reports, used to keep the service working and secure.
- Support messages. What you send us by email.
How your photos are used
Photos are used for one thing: making the video you asked for. When you make a video, the photos and the fixed Outstanding Tiny Desk template are sent to our AI video provider to generate it. We don't use your photos to train AI models, we don't sell them, and we don't show them to other users.
We don't store your photos on our own servers. They are uploaded straight to our AI video provider's temporary storage for that one video, and the provider deletes them automatically within 24 hours. The provider processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. Finished videos stay private in your account until you delete them in My videos.
How we use information
- To run the generator, your account, your credit balance and your video history.
- To process purchases and send receipts and service messages.
- To answer support requests and handle takedown or refund requests.
- To detect fraud, abuse and misuse of other people's likeness.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service (hosting and storage, the AI video provider, the payment processor, sign-in and email), when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, the people shown in videos, and us.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. You can clear these in your browser settings; clearing the session cookie signs you out.
Your videos and deleting them
Finished videos stay in My videos until you delete them or ask us to. Deleting a video removes our stored copy and its history entry; it doesn't affect copies you have downloaded or posted elsewhere.
Children
The service is not for children. Don't upload photos of minors, and don't create an account if you are under 18.
Your rights
You can update your profile in your account settings. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion of your account and videos, email support@outstandingtinydeskai.video. If someone made a video of you without your permission, see our DMCA & takedown page.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and videos and downloads are tied to your account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you through the service.
