Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund from Outstanding Tiny Desk AI. It is part of our Terms of Service.

We sell one-time credit packs only: 1 video for $8.90, 3 videos for $19.90 and 5 videos for $29.90. There are no subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel, and you're never charged again unless you buy another pack.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, the credits you spent on it go back to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Videos that come out clearly broken

AI results aren't perfect: a video looks like the person, not a perfect copy. But if a finished video is clearly broken (the face is missing, it's on the wrong person, or the clip is glitched or cut short), email support@outstandingtinydeskai.video within 7 days and we'll make it right, by making the video again or returning its credits.

Credit packs

• Credits never expire.
• You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase, as long as none of its credits have been used.
• Credits spent on videos that generated successfully aren't refundable, except as described above.

How to request a refund

Email support@outstandingtinydeskai.video from the email address on the account that made the purchase, and include the purchase date. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. It's faster for everyone.
